About How May I Assist

How May I Assist, LLC (dba HMIA, LLC) was started in August 2018 by founder and Primary Virtual Assistant (VA), Dionne Shaheed. Taking her experience in sales, retail, customer service, dealer operations, and management, she wanted to create a company that could help other businesses thrive. In the early years, small business owners usually need assistance to get more things done to build a solid foundation but don’t necessarily have the budget to afford full-time employees. Sometimes a VA is all they need.
